School Mosaic

I’ve been working on a commission for Great Hockham Primary school, creating them a 1m square mosaic to display outside on the school wall. The children all created different designs, the best elements of which were chosen by teacher Claire Fowler and myself and incorporated into the final design. Thousands of hand cut vitreous glass tiles were used to make the mosaic, which depicts the school logo of the red squirrel as well as an owl, a rainbow and some happy pupils!
