Following the success of the bespoke Mildred the Crocklebog puppet I designed and fabricated for BeWILDerwood in Norfolk, I’ve joined forces with Zara Goodfellow (project manager) and Denise Hargrave (costumes) at Norwich Puppet Theatre once more to bring to life an entire cast of characters taken from the pages of park creator and author Tom Blofeld’s books. Swampy the Boggle, Snagglefang the bat, Thornyclod the spider, Mildred the Crocklebog and Hazel the witch will all be entertaining young and old alike at the latest iteration of the BeWILDerwood adventure opening in Cheshire this year.
